MN1 query

Hi all. I have a 6 year old and I want to apply for naturalisation. We didn’t have 5 years at the moment he was born, but I’ve (mother) just become a british citizen by naturalisation. My question is in regards to section 3 from the MN1 form... do i apply as an EEA exercising treaty rights ? Do i need to send my british passport or documents for the last 5 years???

Was the child born in the UK or abroad?
