I'm planning to apply for my British passport
At the time I applied for my ILR my pass port was under my ex husband.
And now I want to get my British passport under my maiden name
I have my absolute decree and the reason.
Is there any way I can get my British pass port under my maiden name now

Do you mean apply to become British or are you already British and just applying now for the passport?

You need to change your foreign passport first once you change your surname back, likely by deed poll.
