MN1 online application for 3 month old baby

Post by Pigeon » Mon Mar 18, 2019 3:14 pm

Hi
I am a non-EEA citizen who was under Tier 2 General Migrant visa but granted indefinite leave to remain last week (on 13/03/2019). I have a baby who was born 3 1/2 months ago in the UK. His birth was registered but do not hold any passport or any kind of travel document as he didn't have to travel outside the UK yet. I am now filling out the online application MN1 for his naturalisation where I am struggling to answer to few questions :

Country of Nationality - should I opt my nationality as his country of nationality and explain why I am unable to provide either a valid national identity card or a travel document.
Have you lived at your current residence for 5 years - If I opt 'No' because he is born only a few months ago, I am asked to enter the previous addresses which he have none. I can go forward with the application only if I select 'Yes' as the answer. Or should I enter my previous addresses?
Are you relying on your parent's permanent residence (either as an EEA National or the family member of an EEA National) as evidence of their settled status in the United Kingdom? - Should I opt for 'No' because i am not an EEA National ? But my baby is relying on my permanent residence as evidence of the settled status in the UK.
Also in the Documents section, it is stated that ' If Mr (name) has a passport then provide this with your application. If Mr (name) does not have a passport then you must provide another officially-issued identity document. This could include an official travel document or national identity card.' But I have only his birth certificate as any kind of document now.
Kindly give me the guidance as I need to complete the application asap please.
