Visit visa for parents

Post by KA941 » Fri Mar 29, 2019 12:05 am

Dear,

I have a question relating to visa application form.
My dad has retired from all employments and has a pension and a rental income
My mom owns the property where my parents live and the first floor of this property is also on rent under my mom's name.
approximate figures below,
Say monthly expenses for household are Rs 50,000, rental income for mom is Rs 27000 out of which Rs 25000 go toward household and other 25000 comes from dad pension and other rental income.

Question is while filling the form, do I need to declare that mother is dependent on father and vice versa, considering the house they live in is under my mother name.

if you could advise, it will much appreciated
thanks

Who owns what and how their income is divided is not really what they are bothered about.

The important things are that they own property between them, have an income that is sustainable and viable to remain in their home country and that there are reasons to return after their visit. Are there other family member in their home country as an example?

It is all about showing ties to their home country that on the balance of probabilities they will return home.
