VFS Issues in Bali(Spouse settlement visa)

Hi Everyone,

Been sifting the internet for an answer hope you can help:-

Been having huge issues with paying for priority service using VFS, speaking to my solicitor people have had huge issues being able to get priority service in Indonesia as a whole as it wont let you input you GWF number or allow you to pay. So people have had to wait for the whole 3 months for the standard service. Just want to make anyone aware that apparently you can pay for this at the centre but only by credit card, (My partner doesn't hold one) so we missed out which is heart wrenching to say the least as their issues have impacted our life.

Has anyone recently had their spouse settlement visa processed in Bali? If so how long has it taken to process? The woman at the desk told my husband it will be 2 months. But id rather not get my hopes up, i have read the process can be quicker if you use a solicitor. But it has no stats regarding settlement visa to speak of on gov.uk website. It says some countries are faster at processing then others, is Indonesia one of them?

Be nice to have some support from those going through the same thing as most don't understand how hard it is.
