I have a BRP can I marry my British Fiancé?

Hello I have been given a brp 10 year route (a very long story I used to have ILR... Grew up in the UK, And left for aus and never came back within two years)

I want to marry my long term Fiancé who is a British citizen. We have been together since 2011 we met in Australia and he has a british dad so he got his UK citizenship in a matter of weeks. I on the other hand had a roller-coaster of a journey to get my brp as we struggled for money for a while. As I wasn't allowed to work... But all is okay now.. Apart from I have no clue what I can or can't to. Its so confusing.

We have a 21 month old daughter UK born and we want to marry.. What do I need to do? Can I marry and what do I have to apply for befor and after? And will it cost me alot. Sorry for rambling. Thank you in advance for reading. Kinds regards.

In order to marry in the UK, you are required to register with a Home Office designated Registry Office. The Registrar is then legally bound to notify the Home Office, who can then extend the notification period from 28 to 70 days in order to interview you both separately before the wedding can take place, should they choose to do so.

Regarding your question about cost...are you asking about the cost of registering to marry, or of applying for a spouse visa after you are married.
