Tier1 Visa Duration

Dear All,

I wish to know, how long it takes to get Tier 1 Visa ? I wish to be in UK in DEC 2008. So I am planning to apply in Aug after giving IELTS.

IF anyone has experience or knowledge, pls share the information about the processing time for TIER1 and EC .

It is *expected* that Tier 1 application processing will be done at the local BHC in the country where the application is submitted, hence only someone who applied / applies from S. Korea will be able to advise you on time-lines there.

Alternatively, check with British High Commission, Seoul

It depends form where you apply. In India BHC offices are there in multiple cities. As per my knowledge BHC Mumbai takes around 45 days and BHC Chennai takes around 25 to 30 days.
