SET(LR) Application

Hello Dear

I came to this country in April 2009 with the student visa
Till August 2015, I had Student visa and psw.
I received successful tier 2 (General) visa in September 2015, Applied to go to tier 2 (ministry of religion) had only one refusal Tier 2 (MOR) in 2016, did Admin Review, but failed. As because I had got valid leave with tier 2(General) and that is why Home Office returned back my passport and biometric. I have got a successful extension in September 2018 on tier 2 (General) and eventually has got valid leave until September 2020.

Now I am applying for SET(LR).

Please let me know that if I apply for super priority service, how long Home Office may take to process my application considering in mind that I had a refusal.

Your refusal is not relevant. You should be able to apply as normal
