First British Child Passport

Hello,

Could someone advise regarding First British Child Passport: there are contradiction between official guideline and the advisor on online chat I talked to on GOV.Uk

my child (under 16 years old) has been registered as British citizen under section 1(3).

What documents do we require for paper application?

Gov.Uk official on web chat advised we only need to bring to appointment my child's British citizen registration certificate

but

the official guidance asks for applicant's mother's passport at the birth of the child,
birth certificate
British citizen registration certificate

Both parents hold ILR.

Could someone advise what documents are indeed required for paper application?
