For my citizenship application, I gave them the number on my permanent residence. I think with just your name and DOB they are more than capable to find your previous applications.GinaG65 wrote: ↑Sun Aug 25, 2019 7:26 pmCitizenship application question.
I’m at the point in my application where it asks: “Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?” I did, in 2001. First I applied for a spousal visa, then subsequently got my ILR. The application is asking for the application numbers. I have absolutely no idea where the paperwork is. It was 19 years ago plus we’ve moved a few times. I can’t find the information anywhere. Emailing them just generates an auto-reply with a lot of links and I can’t find the answer in any of them. My next step is to phone them but I’m not holding my breath. Is the application number the same as the numbers on my visa and ILR?
Has anyone else come across this dilemma, and what did you do?
1) Where to go to get my biometrics done (I have an old passport, no BRP). Or do I just choose a place?
You do them at the UKCVAS centre and they are sent to HO digitally.2) How do my biometrics get sent to UKVCAS? Are they sent by whoever does them?
Scan and upload them yourself or purchase the scanning service at UKCVAS.3) How do I send my documents? How do I know whether I need to scan them and upload them to the UKVCAS website, or whether I have to visit them in person and ask them to scan them there?
No one 'reviews it' and then tells you what to do. You simply pay and submit and will be directed to the 3rd party website. Is it that I need to fully submit the online application, and then after someone reviews it, I’ll get told what to do?
