Tribunal confirms no bundle has been served by HOPO

Hi guys,

I have my hearing this week for PR . My application was successful earlier but passport was due to be renewed and had to send application back. The second caseworker refused it.

To cut long story short, I have my appeal this week but tribunal says that they haven’t received anything from home office yet and it’s only a few days ?

Can I send the bundle they sent to my solicitors for them because I don’t want the judge to postpone?

Any ideas.
