Deception in previous application

Hi there,
my PSW application was refused in feb 2009 due to deception(Getting false certificate from Cambridge college of learning) . As my visa was not expired I was not given appeal right. Before my visa expired I got admission in genuine college and visa extension was successful. After that I had another extension and eventually I got ILR. My Wife is on ILR too and my son has British Passport.

My understanding is because of the deception, I needed to wait 10 years before I make the naturalisation application. I am not sure if I need to mention this in my application. if I don't mention it will my application be refused? and will this be another deception and will I get another 10 year ban. I can’t recall if the online form asks abt refusals or anything pertaining to that. If it does ask then you should declare it coz they’ll anyways know.
