Hello, I came to the United Kingdom last week. I received my BRP card from Post Office. Normally I applied for a dependent visa, but this visa was not issued. I wanted to mail Home Office about my new BRP card. When I checked the options, I gave the wrong answer to the question "Where did you apply for a visa"? They said we will send you an e-mail within 5 working days, but I did not receive any mail. Today, when I question my card from gov.uk, my card does not appear active. I'm thinking of sending a descriptive email today, but is there any chance that my card was sent to the post office? After answering the first question, they asked me if I had the same address, and I checked yes.
