PBS Dependent Visa - Spouse

I have valid Tier -2 Visa (2 years) but now remained 5 more months. Planning to bring spouse to join me. need to know my partner still eligible to apply PBS Dependent Visa - Spouse.

Yes she can apply, she will only get a 5 month valid visa.
