I am planing to apply for ilr 5years route and I have got somenough few questions to ask for clarification.
My visa backdgroung Tier 1 entrepreneur main applicant and dependant
Initiall approved July 2014
Extention approved May 2019 with 22months delay and was interviewed.
Employees
1 -employee since June 2016 till date
2- employee since January 2019
Question 1- is it okay to put in an application for ilr at the end of January or early February 2020?
Question 2- can my wife apply for ilr at thesame time with me as we are both share thesame time frame?
Question 3- if my wife will apply at thesame time with me, is she going to fill a diffevent form or we are both going to fill the same form?

You are eligible to apply for ILR from July 2019 given you meet the job creation requirement. You fall under the exception rule i.e. given you apply before May 2020, lets say in Feb 2020, you can claim for job creation for the last 12 months immediately from the date of ILR application.

If you have 2 FT JOBS that existed at least 12 months each between July 2018 and July 2019, you can even apply for ILR now.

2) Yes your wife will apply for ILR on SET(O) also given she has completed 5 years as a PBS dependent.

3) She will fill her own form but it will be under your main account as your partner.

You both need Life in UK, English Requirements, Cohabitation docs for the last 2 years.

Sorry I just noticed, your second job started in Jan 2019. Yes the earliest you can apply is Jan 2020 given you have both jobs that exist for 12 months each between Jan 2019 and Jan 2020. Note you can only claim jobs in that period given the above scenario as you will fall under the exception rule.
Note: Its 2 FT “jobs” NOT employees.

If you apply anytime after May 2020, you will have to count job creation from May 2019 only AFTER your extension was approved.

Thank you for the response. Just a clarification on wife application, so if I want to apply and clican on main applicant + 1 dependant will her own form cones up automatically, is that what you mean?

Only if the employment started on 1st Jan 2019 till 31st Dec 2019, OP can apply earliest on 1st Jan 2020. If employment started later on in Jan 2019, then needs till Jan 2020 (Jan 19 - Jan 20 RTI FPS in this case).

Bank statement joint issued every 3 months dates 16 Nov 2017 - 16 Feb 2018, 16 Feb 2018- 16 May 2018, 16 may 2018 - 16 Aug 2018, 16 Aug 2018 - 16 Nov 2018, in that order beyond 2019.

British gas bills every 3 months from 16 Dec 2017 - 15 Mar 2018 in that order beyond 2019

Water bill issued annual statement from 12 Apr 2017 - 10 Apr 2018, 12 Apr 2018 - 10 Apr 2019 in that order which comprised of a monthly payment by direct debit.

council tax demand from 01 Apr 2017 - 31 Mar 2018, 01 Apr 2018 - 31 Mar 2019, 01 Apr 2019 - 31 Mar 2020.

Mortgage statement issued annually 01 Mar 2017 - 28 Feb 2018, 01 Mar 2018 - 28 Feb 2019 and the next one will be issued in March 2020.

These are the document i have got, but i am confused on how to allign them in order. considerin the fact that i will apply for ILR end of January 2020. can you please help.

Also, my passport will expire on 16 June 2020, and i will put in application at the end of January 2020, will my passport still be considered for the apllication as valid or i will need to renew my passport before i submit my apllication. Please enlighten me on this.

My question: -
Can I still use him to fulfil employment requirement when I apply at the end of January 2020 due to brexit deal or no deal?
Or Do I need to employee a brit to fulfil that role? Even though it was on the Gov website that the EU national working in the country still have up to December 2020 if leave without a deal and June 2021 if leave with a deal to regularise their status.

You are required to hire a person with settled status. You indeed hired a person with settled status in the UK. Brexit is irrelevant in this context

For cohabitation docs, you need to show documents for the last 2 years (from date of application) from 4/5 different sources every 3/4 months covering the 2 year period.
For example: council tax bill, tenancy/mortgage papers. joint bank account bills, NHS letter, UK driving license, sky/virgin contract etc. Ideally a couple docs in joint names otherwise top it up with solo names but same address as best you can provide.

Passport: It should be only valid at the date of application and your UKVCAS appointment so you will be okay.

I employ an EEA citizen. I was provided with Registration certificate and a national identity card and a national insurance number. I would like to know if that is enough for my Tier 1 Ent - ILR application.
Also, is it okay if i had both registration certificate and identity card for the application or only registration certificate is fine.

Sorry to bother you, I have seen I previous post where machant said the national ID card from EU-France itself is not enough so I was confused. Can I use the UK registration certificate dated 4/2012 without an expiry date instead if the national ID card can be an issue.

I have read on the forum that maintainance fund is not required but i still have to proof my ability to maintain myself and any dependant.

can i still show that i have saving of less than 90 days or 30 days in the bank? is that still acceptable or it has to be 90days?

I have got an account where all my monthly expenses are deducted but have not much fund in it. Can that be used to proof that i can support myself or any dependant still?

There is no maintenance requirement for ILR. Provide bank statements to show you will not be needing public funds

I need help with this wording. I ask my bank to send me a letter to confirm that I had a business account with them. This is the wording I get, is it okay if I use it or ask for another letter.
