Guys, I have the following questions on the job creation, any help whatsoever will be highly appreciated:
1) Applied for Tier 1 extension in March 2019 received BRP July 2019 (so new BRP dated July 2019)
2) Now applying for ILR and the question is around job creation. I would assume that in order to satisfy the 12 month job creation requirement it would be from the date of BRP, so the 12 month period would run from July 2019, is that correct?
3) Employee A worked from June 2019 to November 2019 and then left on unpaid vacation, would I assume correctly that unpaid vacation would not count towards job creation?
4) February 2020 2 part time employees started, but they have different positions - under the covid-19 relaxed rules, would it be possible to somehow combine those 2 part-time employees? and then also, maybe combine with the employee who worked until November 2019?
