You don't qualify for ilr. If you switched to FLR M a year ago,you have to wait another 4 years before you can apply for ilr on set m.AyAyAre wrote: ↑Mon Apr 26, 2021 4:41 pmHi all, I've received the same suggestion from home.office.atlas@notifications.service.gov.uk, also saying "If you chose to continue with the ILR SET(M) application or you do not reply within 14 days of the date of this letter, your application will then be considered using the criteria laid down in Appendix FM."
However, I'm desperate to know how to reply back if I prefer just to retract my ILR SET(M) application. I don't seem to have option to apply for SET(O) (switched to Family Route just about year ago after 4 years on PBS dependant) and wrongly applied to ILR SET(M).
Is there a way to contact them?
Many thanks!
withdraw your application: https://eforms.homeoffice.gov.uk/outrea ... ments.ofmlAyAyAre wrote: ↑Mon Apr 26, 2021 5:05 pmThank you. Yes, unfortunately I became aware of that I don't qualify only after I've submitted my ILR SET(M) application. When I received the same response as the topic starter, I realised that I don't really have any other route to apply to, but I'd rather retract my supposedly invalid ILR SET(M) application and continue staying on my current FLR M spouse visa until it's time to extend it.
I'm worried that I cannot find a way to contact UKVI to ask if this ILR SET(M) could be retracted so I don't get a refusal on ILR application. Can you please advise?
