Citisenship application for my wife and my self with 2 kids born in the UK

Hello, please can I be put through citisenship application process after getting ILR in Feb 2020 for both wife and self. I also need to apply with 2 children born here in the UK. I will need to know which forms to fill online and documents that I will need for the application to be successful. Any advice or link will be appreciated.
Also, my Nigeria passport has expired last year June and I have not been able to renew it due to pandemic. Can I still apply with the old passport or obtain a new one? 2 children have not got Nigeria passport but have their bIrth certificates in the UK.
