Tier 2 Skilled Worker EU

Hi

I have a question regarding the application. I’m a Cypriot applying for a Work Skilled visa. I want to do the priority service application. Since I am a eu citizen I am not sure if I need to go to the Visa Center to apply in Cyprus. Does anyone know if it’s an online service?

The application form will tell you if you can use mobile phone app to confirm identity or attend an appointment.
