Change back to previous (current) employer

Post by PStrydom » Thu Sep 29, 2022 7:31 am

Hi All

I am currently on the Tier 2 visa. I received a new visa from a new company and will receive my BRP soon. The start date for this new visa is the 1st November 2022.

My current employer does not want me to leave. My question is: if i decide to stay would it be a new CoS again with them as the current one is theoretically void as i should be starting with new employer in Nov. as i will receive my BRP in the next couple of days.?

Your response would he greatly appreciated.

Yes, you have to get a new CoS and apply and pay for a visa again.
