EUSS Family Permit to Pre Settled Status For No EU Family Member

Hi
My no eu family of 3 have arrived in uk.
Applied online by solicitor.
Timeline
Arrived in uk - 15dec
Applied for pre settled status - 21dec
Biometrics done -28dec
Request for another selfie -23jan
Still awaiting COA or decision.
Website states COA will be sent as soon as valid application is recieved
Called resolution centre to enquire about COA on 14feb , they said they are awaiting selfie however i have confirmed with solicitor and they have email proof of submission of application and evidence on 23jan.
Anyone have had similar experience?
Any advice please what to do as solicitors says to wait.
