(Child 7 year route )Which form and supporting documents needed

Hello ,

Hope anyone can help me.

Me and my family got Visa for 10 year route on the basis of my daughter (7 year old) private life in Uk. Now i need to apply for further leave to remain after 2.5 year . Please advice which form i need to fill and what sort of supporting documents i need to provide. do i just need to fill the form i mean do i need supporting documents? will it be straight forward application.

Plus if i want to apply for Fee waiver which form i need to fill and what supporting documents needed for application.
