Skilled Worker VISA

Hi

My current Tier 2 Visa (skilled worker Visa) sponsored by my current employer will be expiring in October 2024.
I got new job with a different employer. I have the CoS from this new employer. When i submit for visa application, should go for new skilled worker visa application form or update visa application form?

There is a link that tells what should be done to update your visa if you change job or sponsor. It also has the application link/form.
