I will explain,
My wife come to the UK in 2001 on a ancestry visa, we married in 2006 and swapped to the 2 year spouse visa in nov 2006. We seperated in March 2007 but kept in close contact, in August 2008 she returned to South Africa, on the advice to renew her ancestry visa to gain access to the UK again.
Her Visa is expired now, so she has no current visa.
We decided in May 2008 to try again at our marriage, and she has since fell pregnant she is due in April 2009. We didnt have enough supporting evidence to apply for indefinate leave to remain.
We are currently waiting on documents from the south african home office that have be lost from the origional ancestry application, but we have been waiting for ever for these documents.
My daughter is born UK with passport, but new baby is going to be born in SA.
Is there anything I can do to apply for my wife to return from the UK side as opposed to applying for her ancestry visa again?
Note: We did not get divorced in the time we where apart
