Me and my wife both are british nationals which we obtained via naturalisation. We both have OCI with us.
We moved to india permanently in 2021 and since then we have been living in india with no intention of coming back to UK.
We have a child who is born in 2023 in India. He is 2.5 years now. and we want to apply for his British password and OCI.
We are clear on the part of the British passport application. But we need guidance on how to apply for OCI.
Once we get British passport, do we need to apply for entry visa before we apply for OCI. or we can apply for OCI straight away after obtaining the british passport.
Will there be any penalties for delay in applying OCI. We couldn't apply before as my mother health was not good and she passed away few months ago
