Child's British Citizen Query

Hi

One of my friend's Child has got ILR granted in 06/01/2025 on the basis of Private Life - 7 years Rule. Child born in the UK, Child's parents has Leave to remain FLR FP in the UK. Parents are not eligible for ILR. Child has legal status for more than 5 years. Now the child is 9 years old. Does this child eligible to register as British Citizen.

Because child was born in the UK, they can be registered as a British citizen any time after their 10th birthday with proof that they have resided in the UK for each of the previous 10 years with absences of no more than 90 days in each of those 10 years.

Worth starting to get evidence from GPs, pre-school, etc for proof of life in the UK before the start of school.
