Issue with TLSContact - Whitelabel Error Page

Getting this error since yesterday on TLSContact after paying for the UKVI application. Not able to register and book the biometric appointment.

I contacted UKVI, they said this issue is with TLS and there's no reply from TLS.

Any suggestions ?

The only suggestion here is to report the issue to TLS and wait for them to resolve it.

Often that website has errors and nobody here can suggest any other solution.

TLSContact is a private company providing a service to UKVI, it's not part of UKVI.
