UK Tier 1 Visa Entry and Expiry rules

Hi,

I got my UK Tier 1 visa last year September 2008. I applied from UK only and travelled back to India after stamping. i have two queries
1, Its almost a year now, Is this visa still valid. Can i travel any time?
2. Is there any min stay required per year?
3. Also, please let me know the visa renewal rules? Will this impact when i apply for renewal?

But if u r looking for shortcut info.. here it is but not confirmed..

YES, you can travel till the date ur visa is valid

2. Is there any min stay required per year?

to qualify for ILR you can not be out of UK for more than 225days for the whole of 5years and not more than 90days at a stretch in a year.. (NOT confirmed.. as i mentioned)

3. Also, please let me know the visa renewal rules? Will this impact when i apply for renewal?

You need to qualify as per the Guidance at the time of renewal like having enought points at that time;
Earnings points
Educational points
Maintenance points etc...
