Hi
I applied for my HSMP to tier 1 extnsion, today HO will recieve my application.

Question is that I applied with online bank statements (Signed and stamped) with Bank standard letter showing the balace of this account.

Today just now I got my standard Bank statement out of no where came and this is quarterly as well.

So can I send by post this printed statement of my savingf account for maintenance fund?

Is this possible, will they accept it? or shall I wait untill I get ref number?

Just dnt worry it shud b fine with online statement. same thing happend with me too i also thought of sending bt i dint send.

One of my friends went for extension in person application he asked the caseworker for me abt online statement. He said tht if rest all documents r perfect then nothing to worry they wnt reject. They do accept online statement with bank stamp.

Just relax everythng will be fine...

If I still need to send it, what should I do? should I just send it with covering letter or wait for the acknoledgement letter?

U need to wait for ur ref no. other wise how will they connect this to ur documents and the statement.

I know i was also like u when i got my original statement. But now m ok, as its been long i sent my application. There is nothing tht I can do.

I don't think you can send any additional documents unless HO request you to send. My friend said he got acknowledgement from HO for submitting the application and the letter said not to send any documents unless requested.

But i think there is a change of circumstance form(http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/worki ... umstances/) which I think can be used to send documents before application is processed by HO but not sure if HO will accept this.

It would be good if someone in the group can confirm if this form can be used for sending additional docs.

I would assume "change to application" to loosely mean "change to evidence provided" as well so in my opinion this form can be used
