Ive got more than one query:

1. If I've been on WP for two years, and Tier 1 for 3 years, do I qualify to apply for PR?
2. I've been on the SEGS about two years before moving into a WP (with a year's break in between the two), so would that year on SEGS count towards the 5 -year eligibility for a PR?
3. If I'm issued a 3 year Tier 1 visa, do I need to show points on the PBS during renewal as I would on initial application?

I would appreciate any replies and/or opinions on this since Im seriously looking at applying for the Tier 1.

Yes if you had to apply for tier1 visa extension.. but things are changing alot.. never know wat comes next from HO

You shd be economically active and contributing to the country at the time of ILR application..
