Proof of accommodation

Sorry if this has been asked before but I cant seem to find a definitive answer.

My fiancee and I are planning to marry in the UK next summer and therefore will be applying for her fiancee visa mid-Jan. I have a lot of proof detailing my savings, my career, our relationship etc etc however I am still living at home with parents. I've rented a one bedroom apartment very recently for which the tenancy starts at the end of January. I have a tenancy agreement and a letter from the landlord stating that he approves of an additional tenant but no utility bills. I've explained this in the sponsors confirmation however should this be enough?
