Tier 1 X HSMP (Highly Skilled Migrant Program) - difference?

Post by dnsluz » Tue Feb 23, 2010 11:40 am

Dear All,

The type of visa I have in my passport says: Highly Skilled Migrant Program(HSMP).

And I was granted initially 2 years from 20/04/2008 until 20/04/2010.

I'm planning to apply for my extension soon and I have a question:

- Am I switching from HSMP to Tier 1 (General) ?!?!
- How many years will I be granted once my visa is approved?!?

Kind Regards,

Denison
