Damaged Passport - Transfer of Visa

Damaged Passport - Transfer of Visa

Friends, need your help here.

I am Indian and presently in UK on HSMP. I damaged my passport couple of months back and got a new one from Indian embassy in London. My question is - To get my visa transferred to this new passport which form should I fill? Is it TOC form which is available on homeoffice website? Has anybody been through this situation.

I dont have UK credit card yet, can I use my Indian credit card?
