Was just trying the points calculator for tier 1 extension,while trying the points calculator there is a question

Are you in the United Kingdom under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme and have already proved your English language skills?
with options 'Yes' or 'No'.

Could anyone advise which option should be picked for a tier1 extension case.
Depending upon the answer for the above points calculator the age points are given to the candidate.
