English Language Test

Since my degree was not taught in English, I have done IELTS test. What should I fill in the application form section V3 (Award Reference Number)?
Is it "Test Report Form Number" or "Accreditation Number" (Overleaf)? I am a little bit confuse because the "Test Report Form Number" is very long, and would not fit the space provided in the application form
