tier 1 premier service

Hi
I heard that premier service for tier 1 is stopped from 6-Apr. I am not able to find any slots before 6-apr

Does anybody know of any firms that can help in getting premier appointment asap (ready to pay a premium)

Also do you know if the croydon PEO serves customers if i show up without an appointment?
