Tier 1

Post by add_mah » Fri Feb 11, 2011 7:00 pm

Hello,

Please try to help me on my query, I am going to apply for my Tier 1 next week, my problem is I got my one month of Natwest & Barclays bank statement missing, I got the duplicate statement from Natwest (paid £5), it looks same as original I went in to many branches they all have refused to stamp or giving any type of letter, just want to confirm whether will it be acceptable by HO as my solicitor said they should be fine as he has submitted others application as well with same bank statement and the HO had no issues accepting that statements and those people got their visas too,
2) on other side I got one month of Barclays statement missing, I ordered through post (pais £5) and they send me just the ledgers on A4 sheet of paper, its not on headed paper but I went in to the branch they have stamp the statement and have given me a letter as well mentioning about the authenticity of the bank statement.

Just wondering if anyone could tell me from their experience or if they would have come across with any of their friend application whether HO will object about any of the bank statement, I am really worried about that.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Thanks

Well to be honest I will prefer sign and stamp with a letter from bank.As Tier 1 is going to closed in April 5,You will never have a second chance if something goes wrong.

Try to get duplicate set or get it sign and stamp because its Ukba policy that if the statements are not original than it must be sign and stamp on every page of it.

I don,t know why your solicitor is asking you to submit it like this.If by chance any person,s application goes through,It does not mean that Ukba always accept this.
