Tier 1 Extension (Confused) Please help.

I was working as a salaried employee for last 6 months and now I left the job and started working as a contractor my accounts is taken care by a umbrella company (Gaint Group) They pay me monthly and provide me a salary slip and invoice document.I will be apply my extension in sept 2011.
So what all documents need to be submitted for my earnings.Should I need to submit my Invoices and salary slips both.Please guide me.

but in nut shell all you will need is payslips and bankstatements ( or any other typical proof of income) . Having said that there seems to be some complications if you claim large amount of expenses and in case your salary is close to threshold. Please see link above and search for Umbrella requirements .
