Hi all,

Is it required to submit the original employment contract if we are submitting a letter from employer confirming job title/SOC etc?

Also do we need employer to sign a separate letter for absences from the UK? I have in total only 4 unpaid holidays and rest all are annual paid holidays?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Also I find it difficult to find the exact match of my job title and the SOC.

Can anyone please give me a link to identify the SOC code.

Also is there any option for old work permit holder if ILR is refused and current permit expires? I am on a tight timeline to apply. I believe by the time decision is made on my application my current permit would have expired.

If my application is resfused then I will be the difficult situation. I tried to find an answer on this forum but nothing says if old WP holders have any option at all if ILR is refused. Any one?
