Family visa or tourism (visit) Visa?

I am planning to bring my Father/Mother-in-law? Which visa need to apply Family or tourist visa.

For info: I am holding ILR visa.

Do we need to show any maintanace fund ? My wife is not working. I have saving account above 3000 and current a/c just using for daily traction. Is there any issue.

Please help us!

If they are coming to visit you for couple of month. You nedd to apply for visitor visa. On the other hand If you plan for them to settle then you need another type of visa.
