Working Place Pension

Post by Joe3474 » Wed Feb 19, 2020 11:42 am

Hi,

Soon my partner will be joining me in the U.K on a fiancee visa. Once married and they get the FLR Visa, they will begin to work. Are they allowed to pay into a work Place Pension, where both they and employer pay in.

Is that classed as access to public funds? Or will they have to wait for 5 years for indefinite remain to leave?

Thanks in advance

Yes.

No!! It is your partner's own money being paid into the pension not the taxpayers money.
Or will they have to wait for 5 years for indefinite remain to leave?
No.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
