hi guys just need help with this
wife is an E.U (spanish) national she is going to be here working for 5 years next month.
can she apply for eea permanent residence card if yes than can i apply with her at same time because i am her husband?
i am a non E.U national holding residence card for one year thanks.
If any one have done this please share your experience any help will be much appreciated.

She can apply if she completes 5 years. You can apply if you complete 5 years. You can't apply if you didn't complete 5 years of residence in the UK as a family member.

ITS duplicate thread you have posted both in eu and this section.
