Salary issue for ILR

Hi All,
i am planning to apply ilr in sept-2014.i have some queries related salary and dates
i was arrived to UK with Tier-2 (ICT)on 20-Sept-2009( visa stamped date:10-sep-2009) .After i Moved to Tier-1 general on 06-April-2011 & got the visa for 2 years and renewed on 15-March-2013.
i got 80 points with 40k salary, age and bachelor degree for Tier-1 visa .
Presently my salary is 35k and i have Masters degrees With this i am getting 80 points.
1.my question is can i apply to ILR with masters degree and 35k salary
or salary should be same or more as tier-1 visa approval salary and same Bachelor degree documents needs to submit?

2.When can i eligible to apply ILR?

3.what documents are required( Tier-1 and tier-2 related)?

please give me valuable suggestions.

Does not matter as long as you get 75/80 points, Just you need to submit all docs for Masters Degree as a proof
