Marriage certificate lost

Hello moderators and everyone,
My wife is soon going to apply for FLR M.
But we couldn't find our marriage certificate. We have been married for 10 years and living together. Is there going to be problem if we don't send our marriage certificate with the application?
Another question is that my wife has verified her qualification from overseas with UK Naric which says its equal to ordinary UK Bachelors degree. Will it be enough to satisfy English language?

You can easily order another one from GRO if your marriage was done in uk.
Secondly,you either need English language assessment from naric or letter from her university stating her degree was taught in English.
