Print quality of application forms

I've printed the set(m) form out a number of times now, and the page number bit at the bottom is always cut off - I've reset parameters etc, but this doesn't get the page number in. Is that acceptable or could this be grounds for refusal at a PEO?

On the printout, the text is dark although not jet black, and the boxes print out as dark pink - is that normal??

All text is perfectly legible and dark enough to photocopy without a problem. I would not even give this a second thought were it not for the fact that the application is for the UKBA who might have a policy on rejecting on the basis of print quality!

Any insight based on experience is greatly appreciated. As a note, everything else I print after it comes out jet black, so maybe that's just the form...?
