ILR set o question

Post by puneetdwd » Mon Apr 06, 2015 2:02 pm

I am applying in person with 5 year route via Tier 1 visa have below Qs appreciate if anyone answer them:-
I have my PEO appointment in 2 weeks time. I have few quick Qs Pls :-
1) Do Tier1 dependant doesn't have to fill a seperate Set O form?
2) I was granted visa in Jan 2009 but came 14 months later in April 2010 had 2 extension. My wife tier 1
dependant granted in July 2010and came to UK in Sep 2010.I hope she will still be in old rules where Dependant need to show only last 2 year?
She was away for 183 days in 2011-2012 which isn't in qualifying period of Last 2 year ?

Many thanks
Puneet
