ILR Biometric

Hi All

It's been 5 months for my sister applied for ILR as our father is Italian and she's been here for enough time ( 5 years). Her solicitor made the application and everything was done neatly.

The question is how long normally one should expect to be invited for Biometrics? Is there a chance of biometric letter to be lost or not arrive (as it happened for me for my naturalization) and is Biometric required generally for ILR and when in process exactly?

If she is on the EEA Family Member route, she doesn't apply for ILR but for PR (permanent residence) which does not require biometric.

Please clarify exactly what she applied for through her solicitor (name of form)?
