Help regrading English Requiremt for FLR (M)application

Hello Friends,

i would like to apply for FLR m application for my wife. She has done B tech from India , it is showing in UKBA PBS calculator and Showing 10 points. would this be enough to prove as English language requirement or do i need to get UK NARIC certificate or SELT test.

Can you please advisee.
