Brithish passport -Born in UK but Indian Passport

Hi Guys,
My little one is born in UK, and i applied for her Indian Citizen registration and got India passport . She currently hold Tier 1 dependent visa till 2017. I got my ILR last Year and now i am eligible for British Passport.
can someone tell i can apply her British passport with MN1 registration form ? so i can avoid hefty fee as she is born in UK?

all help is appreciate

You will have to pay the MN1 application fee. There is no way to avoid this. Only British citizens can apply for a British passport. Your child is not British and needs to be registered as British first.
