Dependant documents required for ILR - Is NI mandatory

Hi,

I got my ILR approved last Wednesday. Now i would like to apply ILR for my dependent(wife)?
Would be great if any one can provide me the list of docs required.

Do they need to NI (National Insurance) number for sure to mention in application. If so we lost that some how , donno her NI number. How to mention this or is there any way to find out her NI number?
